Shelters: call your local shelter to see their policies. Many shelters do not educate on trap-neuter-release of ferals, therefore, be sure to read your contract with them prior to borrowing the trap. Some require you to bring the cat to them, which generally results in the death of ferals. Feral cats are not easy to place except in warehouses or on farms as "mousers."
